Returns Policy

Face Dr Return & Refund Policy (U.S.)

Effective Date: November 2025

Thank you for shopping with Face Dr at www.us.myfacedr.com. We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

You have 48 hours from the date your order is delivered to notify us that you wish to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
  • For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

All eligible returns must be received by Face Dr within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after this period may not be accepted.

Face Dr reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm its status.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

If your return is rejected, we will notify you by email and the product will be returned to you at your request.

Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Face Dr cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items not purchased directly from www.us.myfacedr.com
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Your Consumer Rights

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our U.S. website. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
